Intake Fee
A separate intake/registration fee is required for each party.
Monitored Child Exchange Fees: A separate intake fee of $95 applies per each party.
Standard Supervised Visitation Fees: A separate intake fee of $95 applies per each party.
Therapeutic Supervised Visitation Fees: A separate intake fee of $120 applies per each party prior to scheduling Therapeutic Visitation.
Individual and Family Therapy: – An intake is required for each party prior to scheduling therapy. There is an Intake fee of $150 per each party for those earning $70,000 or more, and $125 per party for those earning less than $70,000. These intakes are required procedure to help us understand your history, your goals and to learn if there had been prior therapeutic treatment.
It is recommended that all Court Orders and or other visitation agreements should specify which party is responsible for the fees. Fees may be allocated between the parties with specified percentages designated per party.
